My IVO-Sound m850 Mp4 Froze how do I restart it?

What do I do? When i turn it on the it stays on the same thing it stays on the background and i cant do anything. (I have the grass background)

  1. When this happened to my sansa e250 I just let the battery drain until it's dead then recharged it and it worked fine.
