My Internet Does Not Work On Any Web Browser?

The Connection Is O.k Because It works When I Start It In Safe Mode, But It does not work when i start it up normally it just keeps saying website found waiting for reply. I use Windows Vista What Should I do.

Do a system restore back to a day your computer was working properly, then do a virus removal using COMBOFIX in SAFE MODE.

Install an anti-virus a good one - not AVG, not Avast, not Norton 360.

Do this:- close internet explorer, click on start, control panel, internet options, advanced, restore advanced settings,apply, ok. If that doesn't work try this:- close internet explorer, click on start,control panel, internet options, delete, delete all,(check) also delete files and settings stored by add-ons,then click (yes).
