  1. Try to erase temporary internet files, and browser history.

    If that doesn't solve the problem, then deactivate all add ons. To do this, go to internet options, programs tab, then click on "manage add ons". Deactivate everyone in the list. Click "OK" and restart your explorer. If that solved the problem, you can then reactivate the add ons one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
