My Ipod is messed up, won't update

Question

When i plug my ipod into the computer it doesnt show up in itunes..i tried to reformat it with windows but at the end it says "windows was unable to complete the format" than i unplug it and plug it back inot the computer and a bubble pops up saying "windows delayed re-write failed"

i have tried reseting it and everything and my itunes is up-to-date...

please help me

unistall it then re-install it. but before you do that it will ask you do you want to repair the software. you want to click tht an that will fixyour problem.

try this first plug your ipod in your computer and click the my computer icon then you will see you ipod icon click it and click

open as portable media device  then you can now try to format it ..
