My Itunes won't open on my computer. Can anyone help? PLEASE.?

okay when i try to open itunes up it won't even when i plug my ipod into my computer. i went onto apple.com and i can't find how to fix it. can anyone help please?

Assuming that you are using a Win XP computer, do these steps. I am trying to be simple for you :

1) Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

2) Select "iTunes" and click on "Remove".

3) Restart the computer after this. Now install iTunes. If you dont have the installer file, then download it from www.apple.com/itunes.

4) After installation, restart the computer once more.

You are done now. But the bad part is, you loose your library, not the songs. You need to re-add the songs to your iTunes library. Just double-click the song or songs and it would start playing in iTunes and will be added in the library as well.
