My JVC AX-33 is giving almos tno sound

hi, my jvc ax-33 is giving almost no sound when i turn it on max volume, i checked if all buttons where off or on, but still ican get only very little zound out of it. Please help me out caus i love tis amp whit his sound bars and so on :)greetings, Sander.
