I have a JVC home sterio and the reciever is an RX-6030V. and I have it hooked up to two JVC 12's and 2 MTX 12's. When I get the volume up to 33 or so, it will say " OVERLOADED" or sumthin. I was just wondering what i need to buy so I can get the MAXIMUM sound out of it? My speakers hardly even bounce, it's loud, but I wanna be def.lol.THANKS! The first person who gives me a JVC product that will help that I can buy, gets 10pts for BEST ANSWER! Kewl, thanks!

  1. The receiver probably isn't powerful enough to drive all of them...the speakers are trying to draw more power than the receiver can provide..The RX-6030V is only 100W per channel, what's the speakers? What you need?probably a 3000w amp,or maybe speakers that aren't for a car..you'll do more damage under powering the speakers than overpowering them...take 2 off and bi-wire one set to 4 outputs..If the speakers are 400W each, you'd need one RX-6030V per speaker....

OK there's MTX's for cars..remove that part and I'll stand by the rest...

  2. Your receiver is underpowered. The only solution is to get more amplification with a separate external amp. I can find no information on the receiver online or at JVC's site. So exact configuration could be a problem, I am not aware of JVC making a external amp though. but as it will not require any control other than that what you already do have it should not matter.

Please provide more exact detail and you can be helped.

  3. you got neighbours?
