My JXD 661 is not working....

Question

Hi, Since yesterday it is not working. When i switch it ON simply it displays "Portable Media Player" and NOTHING will happen. Any one had any idea how to reset the memory. I try to short the circuit but i failed to do so. I can't find the exact pin to SHORT. So any have suggest me how to short this device ---- JXD 661. Waiting for your replies.....
