Question:

My Janome card reader 10,000

my Janome card reader 10,000 has stopped working. When I connect RS 232C cable I get not reponse from the card reader, not busy nor power. My Janome machine (10,000) is plugged in and working If I insert a memory card nothing happens. I am using cards that are active for the card reader.
