My KRZR won't connect ..... HELP!!?

Question

My KRZR will not connect to any computer in my house i have tried all the possible different settings and it won't work.. i have re- installed the program for it 4 times and that doesn't help either, anyone ever had this happen before? Anyone know what i need to do ?? Suggestions??

you do have active sync on your computer right?

and your allowing PC connections through your phone?

try your fire wall...
