My Kariba washer won't spin!

I have a Kariba brand, all-in-one washer/dryer on my boat. Recently,the spin cycles have stopped working. When loaded and turned on, it fills withwater and washes as usual but when it gets to a spin cycle the tub stops, thewater get pumped out (without spinning) then the machine continues on to thenext cycle. When empty, the machine goes through all cycles, including the spincycles, as expected.Where should I begin trouble shooting this problem?Fred1
