My Kawasaki Ninja 250 gas cap is stuck it just will not open the key turns a little but nothing and ideas?

The key does turn a little to the right but still does not open i wanna go ride to night but i'm in a real need of gas someone has to no what to do!

spray some wd 40 in the lock

use pb blaster on the cap wear the cap goes all around and than try 5Min's after spraying i think it just might work u can fine a can of pb blaster at auto zone or napa

PUSH the cap IN

KEEP the CAP PUSHED IN.

Turn the key whichever way it wants to go. You see? It turned! doh!

get something that wont hurt the cap like a rubber mallet, tap the cap while trying to turn the key. This is assuming that the cap is the problem and not that the key is worn, did you try the spare key ...
