My Kenmore Electric oven quit working.

Question

I turned it on Christmas morning to preheat and nothing, except for the steady clicking noise that the control panel has always made when it was preheating. I just bought it 13 months ago. And I can't imagine both the broiler and baking elements going out at the exact same time. Could it be a fuse or thermastat? It is a Kenmore Electric Range Model# 790.95042503
