My Kyocera FS-3830N isn't printing certain letters

I have a Kyocera FS-3830N that when I print documents (Mostly Word & Excel) it's missing certain letters. The letters that are completely missing from most the documents are "S", "T", "U", "X", "Z". It's also missing an occasional "A", "N", "B". There was also a document that looks like it only printed the capital letters. The letters that do print are dark in color and are randomly spread out on the page, so I don't think it's running low on ink. I've tried restarting my computer, as well as my printer, but it didn't help.
