Question:

My LCD screen is black when I turn my camera on

I have a brand new megxon k88 digital camera, when I turn the camera on my LCD screen is black, but I have icons from my menu settings displayed. I do not have the ability to take pictures because when I am pointing the camera, nothing is showing on the screen.
