My LG Hi Def 32 inch flat screen TV No Longer receives Hi Def channels?

For no reason that I am aware of just out of the blue, the TV now only receives one Hi-Def channel. When I punch in channel 4-1 or 5-1 (the -1 is the Hi Def) The TV says there is no signal. When I go to LG's website for support they don't even have my model number to click on (model# 32LC7D-UB) It's is just over a year old (mfg in April 2007). You should also know that a Vizio TV still receives all the Hi Def channels so it's not Comcast's fault. I left the TV unplugged overnight but the problem still exists.

  1. I would still call the cable company and talk to them about it.

  2. Check the cable connection to the TV, and follow it all the way back to the splitter where the other cable goes to the Vizio.  Switch the cables to the other side of the splitter.

If that doesn't help you find a problem, switch the whole cable from the LG to the splitter.

    Good Luck.
