My LG VX 8550 phone

Question

my LG VX 8550 phone was not working properly so i brouth it into the Verizon store and they replaced it with a new one. My music is downloaded on the memeory card which was placed in th enew phone which is the exact same model. when i tried to play songs an error message comes up saying File Not Supported or Cannot Read.
