My LG t-mobile phone will not send my text messages?

im having problems sending text messages to people on my phone. its really odd. i only bought the phone yesterday, and this is the first message ive attempted to send. does any one know what it mite be?

Sending Failed Normally Means that U do not Have Credit on ur Phone !

If u think ur Loaded with credit then Take out Simcard and insert it back IN ! Hopefully It will resolve ur problem !
