My Laptop keeps freezing, Please Help!?

Ever since i went on this music website, everytime i go on internet explorer, my page wont load and my whole computer freezes. I cant even press ALT+CTRl+DEL and i have to keep restarting my computer. Even when I restart it the same problem occurs. Do you think i got some kind of virus? If so, how do i remove it?

Scan Your Computer With Your Primary Virus Scanner Like Adawre, Spyware, Or Spyware Doctor And Reboot Computer When Scan Is Complete. And If No Luck You Can Go In Safe Mode By Turning Off You Computer And Holding F8 Until You Get The Option For Safe Mode If No Luck If You Have Windows XP You Can To Control Panel And Click Preformance And Mantinence And Click System Restore And Click i Would Like To REstore My Computer To An Ealier Time No Documents Will Be Erased  And Select A Date In Bold (Before You Started This Website) And Let I Do What It Needs To Do This Website Is First Of All ILEGAL Don't Worry I Have Nothing To Do With The Government If I Did You Would Be Charged $5,000 And Since Its ilegal You Can't Sue Them For The Virus Becuase You Can Get In Trouble For Using It And Anyway Stop Using The Website Its 100% ilegal!!!!!
