My Limewire won't connect!?

I tried turning off my fire walls but Limewire still won't fully "connect". What's the problem?

try click file on top then click connect, and wait til the bars on the low left side reaches 4-5 bars and start searching for your music/etc

try going on into your control panel on windows (start) and look at your security/firewalls and have them let limewire in.
