My MLB 08 The Show froze up all of a sudden when in its loading screen, after the game.?

i made A LOT of progress during Road To The Show, but without saving. After the first game of Mets playoffs, it was loading to go to main menu, when it froze. I know i should restart the PS2, but i do not want to lose all of my progress.

  1. It has done the same thing to me. All i know to do restart the PS2 n do it all over again.
