My MSN messenger won't run?

My MSN messenger won't run, I double click the shortcut and it runs, but doesn't actually come up, it still runs in the background when i do "ctrl+alt+delete" and check the program's running, but it won't actually come up, any help?

1-delet ur windows the reinstall it               OR

2-reinstall it              OR

3-DO U KNOW THAT 25% msn messenger don't work on it

Well mine opens but it doesnt log me in gives em an error and thats it. funny is that from work i can log in thru the wery old msn version :S
