My MSN

Question

My computer and my DSL started goofin up taking forever to bring up anything, Went through thr normal clean up ya know cookies history ect. and it got worse. So I reinstalled my Qwest/Msn prem. during install a flash card came up saying something about yahoo or google was blocking install. Well I got through it but now I have MSN by yahoo and have lost my MSN tool bar and am stuck with a yahoo tool bar. What the h--l is gowin on here PLEASE PLEASE Help.
