My Machine is actually a 4795

Question

The needle keeps breaking. I have changed it several time, tried size 14 and size 16. I have cleaned it, oiled it... tried everything in the owners manual. Now the needle isn't breakig but now it either won't stay threaded or it gets stuck. I just bought this machine and have only used it a couple times.
