My MirraCo Signature Snapped In Half!!!!!?

Question

It cracked right under the seat post and it bent far over to where the wheel cant even move.

but my friend had the same thing happen to him and

we have the same bike and they sent him a brand new one

but i spray painted my bike but you can still see the serial number

and im pretty sure ive had it less than a year

so do you still think i could ge it replaced??

Painting it shouldn't be a problem as far as warranty is concerned, as long as you didn't do anything to affect the tubing or integrity of the welds, like sandblasting or heavy rotary wire brushing.   They'll probably take care of you just fine.  Hope you didn't crash when it cracked!
