My Mobile Phone infected with Virus Capable To Lock Phone MMC Card?

my mmc memory card have been locked

it doesn't have a lock key but every time i try to format it the program ask me to release the lock key any one knows what should i do?

  1. Take it to a phone store. They should know what to do.


  2. The MMC card uses the FAT file system. This file system does not have provision for real "locking". So, what the various locking mechanisms do is agree on a protocol and hope that everybody abides by it. For instance, create a file with a special name which tells the phone "please, please, consider the card locked".

    When a situation like yours arises, it is best resolved by formatting the card on a machine that doesn't follow the protocol. Sometimes a PC with a card reader would do, sometimes a different brand of phone. I've heard that the Linux driver for the MMC card reader ignores the locking protocol used by most phones.
