My Mom is is Mexico and she only left us with $40 for the whole week.............?

My Grandma is watching over us and is there any possible way for her to send money to us because I dont have any on me? Any way but mail which may take too long.

    you should try to borrow some money to the family or friends of hers.

    As for hanging out, maybe that was her backup plan. If you don't have money to hang out... you'll stay home until she gets back.

  7. as long as there is plenty of food in the house what do you need money for? Are you planning on going out and need money for that ? maybe your mom knew that and that is exactly why she left 40.00 be a good kid and stay home don't make her regret going on vacation....

  13. try not spending that much, you can make it. just budget correctly

  14. She may have made it so that it was enough money for food and food alone, for you to entertain yourselves.  People work on a tight budget all the time.  Have friends over, watch movies, or visa versa.  Play video games.  Go to the mall and window shop or hang out if you HAVE to go out.

    If not, there is wiring money by western union or something, but that would mean that she has to use the cash that she has on her.  

    Talk to her, ask why only 40 bucks.
