My Montoir Turns Blue ?

MY Montior turns blue cause my retart of a sister was messing around wit it and try putting 1080 so i have to dissconect it and plug another mointer i use for my 360 use that the unplug and use the 1 with the blue screen cause it sarts wotking can any 1 help please
