My Motorola razr v3 Keeps On Saying Unregisterd And Theres No Signal?

when i switched my phone on there is no signal and it says the sim card is unregisterd so i switched it off and back on and it said registering but it didnt work so i cant go onto the internet or connect it to my computer

what do i have to do?

  1. just see wheather ur sim card had expired or sometimes ur phone would have been locked just taKE UR MANUAL AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE GIVEN
