Everytime I click it and popup message comes up saying

"Your anonymous message was sent to your friend. Click Add/Install this App so that your other friends can send you anonymous messages!"

And I cant check my message?

well you need to add the truth box app before you can do anything with it.

You have to have the application installed so you can send truths to other people
