ALSO can I use King of the Swamp as substitute for NEOS fusion?

I'd rate your deck 9.5/10. The only thing you could do is put some spell/trap cards that would stop your opponent's attack. Then you'll have an unstoppable deck. But so far it's a really impressive E-Hero deck.

pretty good but you need flame wingman and phenix enforcer if you want to use the shining ones

Stratos and Ocean have been errata'd. Their effects are also useable with Evil Heroes as well.

And no, you CANNOT use King of the Swamp as a substitute for Neos fusions because the Neos fusions specifically state that you must return the cards LISTED on the fusion monster to the deck.

It's basically your deck, with a few extras. All of the cards mentioned in the decklist are very easy to comby as commons in Duelist Packs and Structure Decks (except Ocean).

it looks pretty good, just try to add in all the hero magics. Like H heated heart,  E emergency call, R ?, and O oversoul. those will help you out.  also try the Winged Kuriboh, Transedent wings, and Winged Kuriboh lv10 combo, but other than that your deck rocks! 8.5/10!
