My Nintendo 64 wont work.?

Question

The red light on the Nintendo 64 game console comes on but there is nothing that i can see on the screen of my television. does anyone know what this could be. I'm thinking it is the wire that connects from the Nintendo 64 to the back of the tv screen.

It probably IS the wire that connects to your TV screen. Did you connect all the colors right? Try it on another TV and if it still doesn't work, you'll have to buy another wire connecting to your TV screen.

i dont know but i suggest get a better and newer system like a wii or xbox 360.

Are you using an RF cable, or an RCA video cable? If you are using an RF cable, turn your television to channel 3 or 4. If you are using video, check to see that your television is set to receive video input.
