My Nokia 5310 XpressMusic is locked on standby...

Hi, my name is Dana Taylor. I have a new Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic phone with Roger's. I have the phone's standby mode set and the keyguard lock is activated and I have the security keyguard activated as well. So when I try to enter my phone it asks for the keygaurd to unlock. So I press the central button then the * button. Then it asks for the security code. So I go through this process it accepts the info then changes to a new screen and asks for the same info which I enter again and it just keeps going over and over again. How do I enter my phone?
