My Norcent LCD tv would power off by itself a few times after I bought it a couple of years ago. Then one day before it was even ten months old, it powered off and never came back on. I tried desperately to get hold of Norcent while it was still in warranty (faxes, emails, voice mails). Not once did they respond. I checked with the BBB and discovered they had over a hundred complaints filed against them. I just gave up. Now, I would like to have the tv fixed if it's affordable. Someone took the back off to look at it for me and you can very clearly see the wire to the power plug receptor is worn, or torn and probably needs to be replaced. My question is will we have to replace the whole board it's on and if so how much would that run? Thanks for your help.
