As long as you have a valid subscription for a Norton product, you can re-download it and then use your existing product key and registration information to activate it.

Using Internet Explorer, click on the following link and then click on the 'Download" button next to that product that you own and then follow the instructions to re-activate your product.

FORGET NORTON, DOWNLOAD AVG 8.

IT IS MUCH BETTER.

ENSURE TO REMOVE NORTON THROUGH, ADD & REMOVE PROGRAMME, BEFORE INSTALLING AVG.

If you want Norton back, then I would try doing a system restore back to when you did have Norton.  If that doesn't work, you can try calling the Company to see if they will offer assistance at all.
