My Norton Security System independently

Question

My Norton Security System independently decides to run its security scans automatically around 8pm most every night. I run an eBay business and this is PRIME TIME for me. It's putting me out-of-business. I need to know how to reprogram this to run at about 2am or 3am while I'm fast asleep and not working the computer.
