  1. I've had the same problem before, and I unplugged the box for a little while and let it reset.  Then I plugged it back in and the reset fixed the error I was getting when I tried to access ondemand.  Give that a try to see if it helps.


  2. Not sure why you're asking here...it's simple really...call your cable/satellite provider. They're the best people to call to help you out.
