My Older Brother keeps beating me up.

Question

I'm 12 and he is 19. Usually he will push me or punch me but I guess I said something and he took it the wrong way and he has anger problems. I think he is going to hurt me really badly because he has before and is watching me for 5 days because my parents are going out of town. I need help tell me how to avoid him or get him to tell me what i said so I can tell him what I meant. Don't say apologize cause I tried and it didn't work and don't say fight back because he is really tall and there is no use in fighting back. Help please!!!!!

sorry dude you gotta fight back  and btw your brother loves you or he woudn't fight you .  i have a older bro and he beats me up but i get off my butt and i fight back until his butt is on the floor idk if your a wimp and sissy w/e get a branch from a tree a stick anything and if he trieds to harm you start hitting until his *** is not hurt don't beat him to bad your parents will be pissed if you hurt him too bad but beat him but don't leave any marks he will cotuine to do this because he knows ur scared and until you fight him like a boy then he will keep beating ...

I feel so sorry for you after I read your question.

I watched a lot of movies which contain some cases like what had happened to you. And, I always feel angry when I read some child abuse cases on local newspaper.

Although I agree other people's answer, which ask you to tell your parents anyway, but the problem is your brother can make some scar on his body and show to your parents that you hurt him. He may also tell your parents that he hurt you just for defense.

Following is my suggestions, but some are quite danger.

1. This is considered as a child abuse case. I give this suggestion because I cannot tolerate with child abuse cases, but you may not accept because he is your brother. Find a way to report your case to local police.

2. A 3G mobile phone can make video call. Do you have a 3G phone? And does your mom or dad have 3G phone? If yes, when your brother do anything hurt you again, silently use video call to call your parents to let them see how your brother hurt you.

3. If you have a video camera, preferably the one which can connect to your computers, put a sticker on any lights on your camera to cover the lights, put it in a secret area where it can shoot the video of you and your brother, plug the power cable to a hidden socket, switch it on, and set it to start recording.

4. If you have a webcam, put the sticker on the lights of your webcam to cover the lights, connect it to your computer, have a video recording software installed, set your computer to start recording.

5. Sound can also become evidence. Use any audio recording devices (your mobile phone, MP3 player, etc), set it to start recording and put it in your pocket.

6. Show your scars to any hospital or clinics, or even police. Your parents does not believe you does not means that the doctor or police not believe you.

My 2nd, 3rd and 4th suggestion are quite danger. Consider it carefully.
