Question:

My Olevia sound level is too loud

The Sound through my dvd player is fine but when I turn to tv stations the sound on it's very lowest setting is blaring loud. What can I do to fix this? I've tried plugging in stereo speakers to adjust volume through that but it just comes through there as static. ???? Please help!
