My PC turns of from it self?!!!!!!!!!?

my PC turns of from it self i don't know why,i'm working on vista and when it restart it gives me the details about the error

i noticed that this happens when i work in heavy programs like photo shop or playing a game or doing many thing at the same time

it gives me a blue screen with alot of word on it and what i noticed from it is something like memory dumb and it checks about something

This is common in Windows. It's usually a problem with drivers, or software that isn't compatible with your hardware.

Try using the Windows Update website, and update any software that seems to trigger the problem.

EDIT: I've just noticed you don't have a Service Pack installed. This could be the cause of the problem. I strongly recommend you update to the latest service pack.

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info
