My PC wont let me enter my log in password to turn it on what do i do?

    1. is the keyboard working

    2. where dose it stop/dose the OS load

    3. dose it power on at all

    4. you say "to turn it on" is that a boot up password or screen name password. if it is this you can reset the boot password by opening(while it's off) and removing the battery for a couple of min.


  2. Boot up in Safe Mode (F8), Log in as administrator and you can delete or change passwords.
