My PUD just got shut off. Who can i go to for assistance to get it turned back on?

What's a PUD?  If I knew I might be able to help better.  In general, go to www.211.org and look for a directory near you.  Go to that directory and it should have listings for all of the social service organizations in your area.  If you do a search for (I'm guessing) utility payment assistance, or something like that, the organizations who do that should come up.  If it is a utility, most organizations that do assistance stop after April 15th and don't start back up until October, but it's worth a try.
