Extensions are not loaded because free data storage space on device is low. Delete applications or data then reset the device again.

Does anyone know what the heck that means? I can't get the phone to do anything now. It all started when I tried to email 3 pictures to myself off of the phone, which I have done in the past, and now the phone part won't even turn on. I tried a hard reset but then I got the before mentioned message. Please HELP!!!!!!!!

  1. You haven't left enough memory for basic phone functions.

If you can get into mail, tap on the upper right (where it says Inbox) and select "Sent" and delete all the messages in there.  If the messages weren't sent, they'll be in "Outbox" - delete them from there.

You can then do a soft reset (pop out the battery and put it back in) and you should be back to normal -- but you should clean up your device memory.  Delete any pictures, email messages, and other files you don't need and don't want.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to do a "hard reset" to wipe the device back to factory settings.  (I know you said you did one, but it sounds like you didn't succeed... or you only did a soft reset).

You can do a hard reset as per the instructions here...
