My Palm Centro that got some water splashed on it...the phone still works...but the screen is done. Fixable?

I know the phone is working because it boots up...while no image, but I can see the keyboard lights up and everything else like sound is still working. Also, if I have to get a new phone due to this screen, is it possible to move all my data to another phone?

What you have to do is buy a new screen for it from ebay.
