My p***s itches and has red bumps!?

Question

So i have not had any sexual contact of ANY kind and i have little itchy red bumps all over the head and f******n of my p***s and sometimes i can get some red bumps to discharge with white stuff but it is hard white stuff and not liquidy at all. It also itches frequently.

The only thing i can thing of is over 3 or 4 years ago i humped a cat with my bare p***s (i was a sick kid exposed to gross things:[ / but anyways my p***s has been like this for about a year to 2 years

If you have any idea of what this is please help me out!!

and i already know i need to see a doctor i just need your help.
