Here Are My Questions:

  1. 1) You feel fat because you seem to obsess over your weight (you gave an accurate number, including ounces)  When was the last time you weighed yourself?  Yesterday?  It's just 1 pound.  Don't worry about it.

    2) You may have.  Or, it could just be bloating from your period.  During a period, the hormones are at different levels.  Maybe the different levels caused your body to absorb more from the food you've eaten.

    3) Are you wearing clothes or are you nude when you weigh yourself?  Clothing has weight/mass too.  How long have you been trying to lose weight?  It shouldn't be too hard to drop another pound.

  2. You are bloated! It will go awa  day or two after your period is over.

No!! It's just that your period reallly makes you bloated!

It will go away a day or two after your period!!

  3. When you get your period majority of women feel "bloated" which is just water retention. That also explains the extra pound on the scale. It's best never to weigh yourself around that time of the month, so it doesn't get you upset. I gained an extra 3 lbs last week, that went away when my period was over.

  4. -you feel fat because you're on your period, it's normal.

-yes you gained weight obviously.  it goes away once your period's over.

-um i don't really understand this question haha but yeah you gained a pound but once you're off your period, it will go away.

    hope i helped.

  5. You always feel fat on your period whether you notice it or not.

    No you didn't gain weight.

When your period is over it wont say the extra pound.

  6. Its natural to gain weight during your period, but its nothing to worry about.  Water weight issues and such.

Also-- are you exersising??  If so, it could be muscle.  Getting muscle is very good, and it makes you gain weight sometimes, but it doesn't mean anything.

As for why you feel fat, its probably your body image.  If I may ask, how tall are you and how much do you weigh??  Because you are probably a lot smaller than you give yourself credit for.  Trying to lose weight is okay if you really need to lose some.  Some women don't need to lose any, but they think they do.  Remember, you have to be happy with the way you are right now, because if you are not happy with you now, you'll never be happy with you after you lose weight.

  7. 1. you feel fat because you are on your period and you are bloated. so dont worry it'll go away after the period.

    2. You didnt, its just your body holding in water. so its not really you, its water weight.

    3. Dont worry about that pound. Just relax and wait till your period is over, it'll go away!

    hope i helped!!

oh btw. GREAT JOB FOR LOOSING WEIGHT!! :)

  8. Everyone feels fat on there period.

You probably gained a pound cuz your retaining water.

  9. well u can gain that weight after having a big dinner meal! and the next morning its gone. dont worry. u might have gained that too cuz of ur period its normal, that happens to me too

  10. you feel fat because you are on your periodbloating makes you feel that way.

yes you gained the pound, it is water weight.

you will ''p" it off at the end of your cycle, and everythiong will back to normal.

  11. u feel fat coz ur on ur period, it makes u feel bloated. and no u dont put on weight during a period, but u can end up weighing heavier because of ovulation. dont worry about it, and the pound that showed up on the scale will disappear when ur period ends, unless u eat amounts of food before then
