My Philips Plasma Screen Turns On But absolutely nothing displays on the screen.How do i fix this problem?

Its a 42" in. screen.A green light stays on buy nothing displays.It makes a 'click' sound meaning its turned on but then clicks again meaning its off .HELP ME OUT PLEASE if your confused by my question feel free to email me.Thank you

It will be any one of the following circuit boards.  Y-sustain, Y-upper drive, Y- Lower drive or the power supply CBA
