My Plasma Flat Screen won't turn on

Question

I have a Philips 42" Plasma Pixel Plus television. I've had problems with it just going off for about 10 or 15 seconds and then coming back on. Now when i try to turn it on the led on the front turns green....then I hear some clicking like it's turning on and off and then the led turns red and flashes 4 times. The tv is only 20 months old as far as I know. That's when I bought it at Sam's Club. Is there anything I can do and if not any idea how much it will cost to fix it.
