My Playstation 3 wont reasd my disc?

my playstation 3 will only read my disc , RARELY and when it does it will freeze and wont go past the playstation 3 start up logo , but it will say the name of the game under the game menu , it weird idk what to do

clean it? get a new one

phone the ps3 helpline they will take it off you and fix it like with an xbox if you cant you will get a new one free

If it's still under warranty send it away to be fixed.
