My Poland Spring water smells like rubber?

It tastes OK but it has a distinct rubber-like smell. And I dont mean the bottle the actual water smells like this. Why could this be? And what should I do? Obviously I wont drink it but should i report this to the company?

How old is the bottle?

Its in  a plastic bottle?

If it is, water does get funky quicker in plastic then in glass.

If it's a fresh bottle I would deffinately give them a call on it.
